2026-2027 Family Resource Centers Funding Opportunity

Funding Information

The Early Childhood Hub of Lane County is offering funding to support Family Resource Centers (FRCs) that serve children ages 0-6 and their families. Funding is available for programs that promote kindergarten readiness, strengthen families, and connect families with community resources and services. The funding period runs from October 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027. Applications are due by September 11, 2026, at 5:00 PM

Funding requests of up to $8,000 will be considered. This cycle will run from Oct 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027

This is a competitive funding opportunity. All applications will be reviewed and scored by a volunteer selection committee

Priority Populations

Priority will be given to Family Resource Centers that: 

  • Serve children ages 0-6 and their families

  • Support families facing barriers to accessing services

  • Engage underserved, marginalized, or at-risk families 

  • Promote kindergarten readiness through early learning, literacy, STEM/STEAM, and social-emotional development 

  • Provide parenting education, family support, and service coordination that connects families to needed resources

  • Service Coordination and Resource Navigation
