Award Information 

The Parenting Education and Parenting Support Programming grant may be used for all aspects of providing parenting education and/or support programs for parents of children from birth through age 18, using evidence-based or emerging curriculum.  We estimate we will make between $150,000 - $170,000 total awards during this funding cycle.

Funding requests of up to $10,000 will be considered. This cycle will run from July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027.

This is a competitive funding opportunity. All applications will be reviewed and scored by a volunteer selection committee.

Priority Populations 

For this funding opportunity, the Early Childhood of Lane County will prioritize proposals that serve the following communities:  

Families in rural Lane County 

  • Families of color 

  • Grandparents who are parenting 

  • Families whose home language is not English 

  • Those who identify as LGBTQIA2S+ 

  • Foster/adoptive parents and/or separated families 

  • Families with special needs 

  • Unhoused families
